Add `camicia` exercise?

I would like to add Solve Camicia on Exercism to the C# track after I’m done with the JS and TS implementations. Test generators are very handy with the long inputs for this one. :)

I can take a look at doing it for F#. The current reference solution I’m adapting to other tracks isn’t a functional one so making a new functional one means I can easily adapt it for LFE as well.

I can add Solve Line Up on Exercism for both C# and F# tomorrow.

What about Solve Prism on Exercism for the C# track sometime next week? I have a working CoffeeScript implementation.
