Weird behaviour in mentoring platform

I was being mentored, and I responded:

However, upon return to the Code Review page, it still says it’s my turn to respond. I’ve tried hard reloading, clearing the cache, and so on, and it’s still is the same.

Is this is a bug? Has anyone else encountered this?

The exercise is showing up in my Mentoring Inbox so … it’s assigned to both of us?

Not sure about the assigned bit, but yes, the platform says both of us need to reply.

@MatthijsBlom, what can we do (if anything) to fix this? Perhaps alert someone from the team?

Hi, I have faced this same issue recently as well. Being mentored by @safwansamsudeen and I get the same message within the code review tab.
