So, it could be saying that over-thinking a problem leads to less usable code.
It could be saying: Shipping code fast is the way to get your code used.
It could be saying: Problematic code is the kind we complain about for a long time.
It could be saying: Agility is more important than soundness.
I would be curious if you have other interpretations! And thanks for sharing this
