A note about the rationale of the SQLite track: exercises will be solved using SQL, and SQLite was chosen as the database.
The existing (but largely abandoned) PL/SQL track is not about SQL at all: it’s focused on the PL/SQL programming language. Students need to set up their own Oracle db to use it.
