Add Camicia exercise

I just added a new exercise at Solve Camicia on Exercism to the CoffeeScript track. It seems like it’d be fairly straightforward to port that exercise to the JavaScript and TypeScript tracks if the maintainers are interested.

Both tracks are missing Solve Line Up on Exercism so
I can add that as well.
