Add Darts exercise

Hi! I’ve added the Darts exercise as well. The PR is here

Also, is there any place where I can check the difficulty assigned to an exercise in other tracks?

For exercises not implemented in x86-64-assembly, below are median difficulties assigned by other tracks. I often boost the difficulty by 1 or 2 as assembly is harder than many languages.

Thank you! It seems I underestimated the difficulty of Darts a bit. I’ll keep this list in mind for the next one!

Not really on the Exercism site. Difficulties are set by different people at different times within a track so there might not be the consistency you’d expect. That becomes harder when there’s more than one track to compare. Solving existing exercises on a track can help you get a sense of the existing difficulties and where a new exercise might fit in. An exercise might seem hard at first, but then you find it’s more of a medium after comparing it to other exercises.
