Added Haskell practice exercise “Eliud’s eggs” based on the available problem specification.

I started by opening the PR, but I’m still looking if everything is ok (I hope so)

It will happen, usually by the maintainer of the track. Volunteer work, so it is usually just a matter of time. But I have reviewed and approved, pending some normalization of lines in 2 files.
