Add `go install` as an installation method

It will be helpful to add
go install github.com/exercism/cli/exercism@latest to the installation instructions.

There’s already an issue in the repo (#1053) but with no responses.

Using go install requires installing Go first which adds a fair bit of overhead. The whole point of pre built binaries is to avoid requiring that. If you’ve got Go installed and are comfortable building your own code, that’s great. But for the average user, that’s probably not the best option. It’s best to keep the the instructions simple and easy for most people.

Thanks for the reply.
But, I would argue that installing with go is much easier than installing an archive, decompressing it, adding it to your PATH…
+ installing go is just a dnf install go or whatever package manager you’re using.

A fair solution is to add something like: “Installing Using Go (Advanced)” in addition to other installation methods.

Edit: And there is a chance that you will have to install Go anyway if you are on the Go track.
