The header file is incomplete in problem named raindrop so i’'ve added header file content.

namespace raindrops {

    // Declaration of the convert function

}  // namespace raindrops

#endif // RAINDROPS_H

Added include guards and function declaration for convert.

Filling that out is part of the exercise. All the practice exercises have similar headers. It’s intentionally incomplete.
