Adding exercises to Racket track

Hi, I recently opened this issue Add alphametics exercise to racket track · Issue #247 · exercism/racket · GitHub and now understand contributions are on pause. Should I revisit this in June as the “Freeing our maintainers” suggests or is there a path for moving this forward?
