Doing a mentoring session, I was struck by the lack of a decode function. The tests and the tests.toml file don’t agree with each other.
If we don’t want to make students provide decode, then we should add include = false to the decode tests.

The tests were implemented ten years ago so before the tests.toml files were introduced so that might explain the discrepancy. If the maintainers don’t want to add decode, the instructions still reference decoding so I’d recommend adding an instructions append that decoding isn’t necessary.
