There are some tracks with long waiting queues. Haskell is one of them 
I don’t know if you know how the mentoring program works, but just in case you do not know the details:
Volunteers do all the mentoring. Exercism has no control over their time management, so some les popular languages have very long queues if there are just a few people on the other side.
