Bank Account : amend instructions

Hi,

I suggest, after discussing it with a mentor, to amend instructions so that they don’t demand a solution that supports concurrency when Lua doesn’t support it, and it isn’t tested against.

Is the ‘Edit via GitHub’ button right below those instructions a good place to make that myself ?

You should create a new file instructions.append.md to append to the instructions, as the instructions themselves are defined in a central place.
