Becoming a maintainer of the WebAssembly track

I have contributed 12 exercises to this track, which is >20%, and more to come in the future. I would also like to help by reviewing and merge other’s maintainer’s PRs, too.

Please tell me if I can become official maintainer of the wasm track and what I have to do for it.
