Bug in JS Translation Service exercise

Hi there!
I think there might be a little bug in the JS Translation Service exercise, specifically in the api.js file there seems to be an intruder in form of a random “Batc” :

The test always fail with the same message : “Batc is not defined”

Thank you for all the great work there, I joined exercism a week ago and I’m enjoying it a lot :)

Bye!

@nati-Bel However this got there, it is not coming from our files:

You can edit the file to continue with the exercise.

In the editor, this file should be read-only. @nati-Bel could you post your Exercism Username? Did you work on this locally or only in the web editor?

@iHiD is likely on a break, but he should be able to pull your solution and see if this word Batc is present there.

FWIW, I think this is somehow coming from BatchIsEmpty, which is the only match. That lives in another file, so I don’t understand how it got into api.js.

After answering the above, you can press the three dots in the top-right corner and reset this exercise. Make sure to save your (partial?) solution first. This will force a reset and the word Batc should be gone.

Hi! Thanks for the reply. Yes, I only worked on the exercise in the web editor and the api.js file is not editable there.
I reset the exercise and it’s gone, thanks for helping! I also saw that it’s possible to report a bug directly in the exercise :see_no_evil: Good to know for next time, still new here
Thanks!
