Bump test runner to v2?

Given the E in LFE is for Erlang, it seems like I might be able to piggyback off the existing v2 Erlang test runner to upgrade the LFE test runner to v2. That’ll be nice since the v1 test output can be hard to read otherwise.

This won’t be for a while though. I still need to wrap up the v2 test runner upgrade on the VB track.

VB overhaul is done so I’ll look at this over the next couple of weeks. My Erlang is more than a bit rusty.
