Can't seem to integrate exercism CLI into my machine

I have tried to integrate CLI into my local machine and this is what I get:

blak-monk@blak-monk:~$ mkdir -p ~/bin
blak-monk@blak-monk:~$ mv exercism ~/bin
mv: cannot stat 'exercism': No such file or directory
blak-monk@blak-monk:~$ ~/bin/exercism
bash: /home/blak-monk/bin/exercism: No such file or directory
blak-monk@blak-monk:~$ uname -m
x86_64

I can’t figure out the reason why the directory fails to be create

You’re trying to move the exercism file into ~/bin but it’s not in the directory you’re in. So you’re saying “Move nothing to ~/bin”. You need to run that command from the directory that you downloaded exercism into.
