It looks like the latest CLI release is 7 years old. It would be good to add a new release 
v1.5.3 refers to the version number of THIS installer. The installer will install the latest version of the Exercism CLI for Windows. DO NOT confuse this version number for the version of the CLI.
If someone can confirm the Windows installer does successfully install exercism v3.5.6 (yesterday’s release), then we don’t need to update it probably.

I missed that. Even so, bumping the binary might be nice all the same. It could pull in all the library updates over the last 7 years, which could include updates/patches to network libraries. And having a fresh binary every few years, even without new functionality, would be nice.
