Cloudflare blog.rss Turnstile Bypass

Hi,

I keep up-to-date on Exercism via RSS on https://exercism.org/blog.rss . However, Cloudflare blocks my feed reader from accessing that URL. Can an exception be made to not have that specific page blocked?
