Hello,

i have ported the Collatz Conjecture exercise to OCaml:

I would appreciate if someone would look over this and provide feedback.

A few issues with building the track environment were encountered. An overview of those are in the PR.

I have pushed some futher changes and reached a point where I am stuck on how to proceed. The last comment in the PR explains where I am at.
