GPGPU is becoming ever more important considering the current AI ‘boom’. It would be nice to have available in the exercism platform a shading language driven track like WGSL, GLSL, HLSL.
Would such a track be a Turing complete language? Would you like to create said track? Tracks are all built by volunteers :)

IIRC Shader 1.0 and 2.0 are not because they lack loop-iteration constructs, but 3.0 does have this capability and is therefore theoretically Turing complete. I have not seen anyone proof it yet. Be aware that even shader 3.0 is extremely limited in instruction count and register space.
That said, I also think that if you wrapped this language and allowed multiple shader passes (effectively extracting the looping), you can likely turingify even shader 1.0
A quick google search matches what I am saying, and has since been removed from Wikipedia (for the exact reason that shaders are likely turing complete).
