The title says it all. 0 rep points for almost everyone on the first page for this week and last 30 days.
So, this is just a bit annoying and a bit demotivating, but I suppose it’s not a priority.
The ranks appear to be correct, even when the points are 0.

The strange thing is that there is no apparent factor that is common with all those whose points are 0. For example, within Exercism, Erik’s works and Jeremy’s doesn’t, there are lifetime Insiders who’s rep is shown and some who’s are not.
If I select a track or a category, then I see points, so this may just affect when both filters are “All”.
