Binary, Trinary, Octal, and Hexadecimal were deprecated in the problem specifications repo back n 2016 in favor of All Your Base. The C++ track still has Binary, Trinary, and Hexadecimal available, and I’d like to propose deprecating those exercises on C++. All Your Base is already implemented on the track so we just need to mark those three as deprecated in the track config.
