Fix formatting in exercises.yml sign up prompt

Corrected the formatting of the description_html string to properly include commas.

Previously was displaying as

…master Gleam with 33 concepts122 exercises, and real…

now will display as

…master Gleam with 33 concepts, 122 exercises, and real…

Hi, thanks for the heads up. We unfortunately don’t accept external PRs to the website repo. Unlike most other Exercism repos, this is an internal one intended for staff. Since this is an i18n-related matter, I added it to our tracking thread in the forums here.
