Fix inconsistent labels in Santa's Swifty Helper exercise

Hello!

While working on the Santa’s Swifty Helper exercise, I noticed that the function labels in the instructions differ from the labels used in the editor and the test suite (GitHub instructions.md)

To keep things consistent, I’d like to propose opening a PR so that the same label is used everywhere (either amount or quantity).

I also noticed a small issue in one of the functions: there are two commas (GitHub line Permalink).
