Fix: line 21: correct minor typo (als -> also)

Hi, I was practicing JavaScript today and just found a minor typo in “Closures” section:

Line 21:

Except for braces {} , functions (and classes) als create new scopes, which can enclose values:

I suppose that it should be “also” rather than als.

Just send my first PR for it, hope I can make a little contribution to this lovely platform. :smiling_face:
