The forum FAQ contains a reference to the official Code of Conduct: “Everything in this forum is also covered by our Code of Conduct.”, but the link goes to the main Exercism page not what I’d assume should be Code of Conduct | Exercism's Docs.
In the Powered by You and Terms of Service, there are also several anchor tags without href attributes so they look like URLs that don’t go anywhere.
