A long requested feature was released these days by GitHub: grouping Dependabot PRs together to have less PRs.
This would greatly reduce the amount of re-deployments of track containers and so (hopefully) help reduce the costs for maintenance. Currently I see about a dozen of PRs across all PHP repos once a month and all for simple GHA workflow updates. Bundling them into one PR per repo would bring it down to 3, basically for free.
I am unsure about who is in charge of maintaining dependabot.yml for track repos. May I change it for my repos without getting into trouble with org-wide files?
