Golang Isograms excersize logic flip

In the isogram exercise, the function to complete is called ‘IsIsogram’, but the tests expect you to return false if an isogram is found.
That seems wrong to me! I think the tests need updating- in fact I opened a branch and went to submit the fix to github, then found out that community contributions are not currently being accepted.

Are you sure?

This is the second test case:

	{
		description: "isogram with only lower case characters",
		input:       "isogram",
		expected:    true,
	},

The test expects your code to return true for the input "isogram" which is an isogram. That doesn’t seem flipped to me.
