I see a lot of talk about mentoring on this side, but I don’t see anything that describes how it works. Am I overlooking something?

Thanks! I really did look before I asked. Everything I saw that mentioned mentoring was about being a mentor.
The «What is Code Review?» link points to the docs linked by Isaac.
The name of mentoring has recently been changed. @padeso, were you confused by both «mentoring» and «code review» being used on the site?
Yes, I was confused, but it looks like it was just inattention on my part. I think the word “mentor” puts me off.
