I have tried following the installation guide and after downloading exercism app and following the installation procedure, I get an error.
What is the error? What command did you run that failed?
Please share details. Please use a codeblock and not a screenshot. It’s really hard to help debug a “it failed” without any details. I can tell you that “it worked” for many other users, though!
Does the Exercism have a compatibility issue with Windows 64 bit? It also did hang up during installation after notifying me about my 64-bit Windows. I so, what is the solution?

No, it does not have a compatibility issue. Which file did you download? What happened exactly when you tried installing it?
