I seek help to understand the House exercise; starting to feel frustrated

Hello guys! I hope that anyone reading this is having a great day.

This is my first time posting in the community. I always thought I could learn a language 100% on my own (since now that I’ve started learning tools like CHatGPT, they seem to make everything easier).

However, the more days go by and the more exercises I try, the more I realize that all Chat does is kill my ability to visualize logic. I’ve always told it that I don’t want it to generate code for me, just to guide me on what I should be thinking to solve the problem at hand, but at the end of the day, I think that’s what it’s all about.

That’s why I’m here looking for help from a good mentor. I’m trying to do the House exercise, where you’re given the beginning and end of a rhyme, but even though I’ve gotten stuck on several ideas, I end up getting frustrated because I can’t reach the solution.

I wanted to know, what would your advice be? I understand there are many codes on the web that I might consult and think, “Why didn’t I think of that before?”, but it would be the same as asking Chat and getting the answer directly.
I want to reach that mental breakthrough of having a process to not only solve this problem, but any other in this platform.

If you read all of this, thank you!

What have you tried so far? What parts worked? What parts didn’t work?
