I implemented lasagna cooking time functions on exercism github coding file and forked the repository and after making changes committed a pull request.
The repository contains the exercise. If we put the solution in it, no one else will be able to solve the exercise!
What Isaac said: That’s the repo for the Python track (exercise instructions, tests, code stubs and concept docs) — not for student code!
Additionally, the Python repo is closed to community contribution in general unless a maintainer pre-approves work.
