  1. Find the plot claimed that has the longest side for research purposes

Implement the ClaimsHandler.GetClaimWithLongestSide() method to examine all registered claims and return the plot with the longest side. The coordinate data in a plot is guaranteed to be in a contiguous rectangular shape.

ch.StakeClaim(new Plot(new Coord(1,1), new Coord(20,1), new Coord(1,2), new Coord(2,2)));
ch.GetClaimWithLongestSide();
// => new Plot(new Coord(1,1), new Coord(20,1), new Coord(1,2), new Coord(2,2))

The example is wrong, since plots are rectangular, the last coordinate should be (20, 2), not (2,2). The tests use correct coordinates.
