I can’t use any “Insiders” features. I would be grateful if someone could check account status and get this fixed for me.
Could you share some more information? Like: what is the reason you qualify for insiders?
I believe my $99 subscription on 1 June, 2023 would qualify. I could be wrong, though. Also, while you’re looking into this, could you tell me if my recurring donation will continue? I didn’t see any way to turn it off, not that I necessarily want to do so.
You are. I’ve looked into this and there is a bug in our code. We’ll fix and I’ll let you know once it is fixed.
