Links in admonition blocks

Exercism
1

I’ve struggled with getting external links to work in exercism/note blocks. It was a bit of a time waster on the Julia syllabus earlier this year.

After a recent review pushed me to use these blocks more, I eventually found the forum post with the solution (from 2023).

Any chance we could get something about this added to the Exercism docs? It’s clearly something that several of us run into.

Would you like to PR that, @colinleach ? If you’re not interested, I could probably find time for that.

Sure, I’ll PR something short.
