Mentoring count mismatch

Here on screenshot I see 3 different counts that I expect to match.

  1. Your Workspace - Finished has value of 14 in the tab label.
  2. Under profile section there is 13 discussion completed | 100% satisfaction
  3. Progress bar in tooltip for Automation has 11/100 on it.

Are you mentoring more than one track? “Finished 14” means you finished 14 discussions across one or more tracks regardless of which person ended it. The automation tab only counts the discussions a student has ended on the track which you have the most qualifying discussions.

As for the 13 discussions completed, I think that only counts discussions that didn’t time out.

Its the amount of discussions that have been completed by the student (either manually or due to the 14 day timeout after a mentor closes them).
