If someone adds a comment, it says exercise name and then track name like “Hamming in JavaScript”. If they finish the discussion, the text says title name colon exercise name like “Elixir:Lasagna”. When an iteration is submitted, the notification says “Hamming in JavaScript” so I think the finished discussion notification needs to be tweaked to match the other two.
