Minor typo's in list-ops exercise test cases

Hello folks,

Found a few things in the list-ops go exercise test cases that could be improved.

  1. Error message on line 12 should utilize the tc.functionStr as the second argument after tc.list in line with all other test case error messages that have a functionStr

  2. Line 85’s use of type conversion to []IntList is redundant as lists already has the type []IntList

  3. Line 86 Append must be replaced with Concat as this test case is for Concat.

Thanks for catching this! Fixing this well is a bit more involved. https://github.com/exercism/go/pull/3124 should do the trick here. Do let me know if I missed anything!
