Misleading blurb for Grep

The current metadata blurb for Grep states

“Search a file for lines matching a regular expression pattern. Return the line number and contents of each matching line.”

However, two flags contradict this description of what’s being returned.
-l returns only the file name(s) containing at least one matching line.
-v returns all the lines NOT matching the pattern.

Also, if you’re searching multiple files, the filename is returned as well.

I think we should drop the second sentence completely. The first sentence is fine and introduces the exercise adequately.
