On an user profile, I see “Csatlakozott: Sep 2014” where September isn’t translated to szeptember and then shorted to szept. https://exercism.org/journey does translate the month correctly when showing the date I joined a track. For example, I joined the ReScript track on “29 szept 2026”. To be clear, I’m not asking the user’s join date to be changed to include the day. I’m suggesting that we want to translate the month for consistency.
Thank you @BNAndras, good catch. Two different code paths format this date, and only the journey page’s passes the locale through to the date library. Tracking at Profile page's joined-date month isn't translated, unlike the journey page · Issue #238 · exercism/i18n · GitHub.
