I would love to see an addition for the MUMPS Programming language. I don’t know what else you need besides a suggestion to get something like that off the ground, but please go for it! Thanks!
Tracks need a volunteer to step forward and build it. Exercism staff is two people and they don’t have the bandwidth to build tracks. The tracks are all built by volunteers.

New Track | Exercism's Docs in particular lists out the steps to build a new track. You’d be at the first step where you’re initially requesting the track to be added so I’d focus on that.
