We have just invented a new exercise called ‘Camicia’ and I would like to implement it in this language.

I can see that this exercise was already merged to problem specifications. In that case, I would be very happy to see a PR adding this exercise to the Elixir track 
I wrote the things that still need to be done in the PR description.
Is the structure of the exercise complete, or am I forgetting something?
