What are you trying to access? What’s the address? Where did you find the link?
That’s likely your IP being blocked by Cloudfront for not respecting rate-limits. Maybe someone on your IP address is running scripts or similar?
Who are “we”? Are you doing this as a group, as a meetup, or something else?

When 80 students try to access the Python learning platform simultaneously, they encounter a 403 error, hindering their progress.
That usually goes away after a minute … though if they’re all accessing Exercism from behind a single public IP, it might be a bit of a problem.
If you provide information about the IP address your accessing from, and what your organisation is, I can allow it. However, due to constant attacks, we have limiting on IPs to stop the constant abuse we’re receiving.
