Passes Local Unit Test but Fails Online Editor

Attempted to submit “Hello World” exercise 4 times via CLI and a few times via online editor but it always times out.

Public Module HelloWorld
    Public Function Hello() As String
        Return "Hello, World!"
    End Function
End Module

The local unit test passes without issue, in 4ms

As outlined in HELP.md, I submitted the code using the exercism submit HelloWorld.vb command, in the Developer Powershell window.
I receive “Your solution has been submitted successfully.”

But when I go to the exercise online, I get a notice that “Your tests timed out”

Also, if I just try to submit it in the online editor, it times out as well.

As a compiled language, I suspect the test runner might just be slow in general. It only gets 20 seconds to compile and run your solution before a timeout gets reported. I’d try again in a bit and see.
