Perfect Numbers tests pass locally but fail in iteration

I’m not sure why, but the tests all pass for me locally using exercism test but fail when I submit. I’m sort of stuck at the moment.

See the C Track Docs. Do all the tests pass with the TEST_IGNORE lines removed?

Yes they do. But I think it might be related to a memory leak I just found in my code.
