Pyret docs improvement opportunity

I’m coming back to the pyret track. I notice the way to test locally is:

npm install
PATH="./node_modules/.bin:$PATH"
exercism test

So, no need to install pyret globally. I like it.

But this is not documented. @BNAndras would you like a PR?
