Pyret test runner deploy workflow requesting credentials

The Deploy workflow is requesting an username and password, but shouldn’t that provided by the DOCKERHUB_USERNAME and DOCKERHUB_PASSWORD secret? .github/workflows/deploy.yml hasn’t been updated since the runner repo was created.
