The “State of Tic-Tac-Toe” exercise on the Python track seems to be missing the “Exception messages” instructions append that is present in all other easy exercises that require raising exceptions. (For example, Grains, Wordy, and Saddle Points all have it.)
Is there a reason for this inconsistency?
