ReasonML Test Runner Timing Out

I originally posted about this in the Discord but forgot to actually post here.

tl;dr I can’t get passed the ReasonML “hello-world” exercise because the tests always time out:

@ErikSchierboom Is this known to us? Should we disable the test runner on the track, etc?

We know it is slow, but I didn’t know that it never passes. I’ve checked the stats, and they say:

Total Test Runner Runs 3,709
Test Run Pass Rate 45.9% (1701)
Test Run Fail Rate 32.6% (1209)
Test Run Error Rate 21.5% (799)

So it does seem like it fails a lot, but not all the time.
